Each of our wellness sessions combines the perfect techniques to address your individual concerns.  At the start of your appointment, your therapist will have a conversation about what your goals for the session are and any concerns or problem areas. 

Below is a base list of our services.  In addition to your massage, we offer the following enhancements:  aromatherapy, stretching and energy work. 60 or 90 minute sessions are available.
